Travel Notes is a pure content site: no tours, no middlemen. We do three things —

Our Story

Travel Notes started from a simple observation: for many international friends, the idea of China is still stuck in a few old photographs. The real China has noodle shops glowing before dawn, greetings echoing down old lanes, and festivals and crafts still alive after five thousand years.

So we began to write — explaining the places worth visiting and the culture worth understanding in a way that is trustworthy and easy to read. Every article is bilingual in Chinese and English, with localized titles and excerpts for Japanese and Russian readers. Everything is free to read, with no ads and nothing being sold.
